Honest, but why not First in First out?...

Absolute joke of a customer service system. I bought two tickets which turned out to be scams, and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone to raise a dispute about them.

I almost had a heart attack because it appeared as a Past Event. As if the ticket was for the concert of the same artist and festival, but the day before. I think it’s important to be specific about the DATE, especially when you are buying tickets, cause it doesn’t even appear, and it’s essential. In my case it was a ticket for Guitarricadelafuente at Poble Español - Alma Occident, the 3rd of July. He performed at the same festival the day before also. It’s common to have different dates in the same city & tour, so be careful with that! And make changes in the app so the date appears ALWAYS, thanks!!!

Ticketswap used to be a legit company however their customer service has become terrible. They are trying to cut costs with their AI agent and no longer have anyone you can call. They dont even respond when after days of messaging, only say that their agent is on the way. Used to be very good, but now getting worse and worse. Ticketswap, if you continue like this you will become as bad as viagogo and StubHub. Truly dissapointed

TicketSwap closed my dispute without resolution after their platform sold me an invalid ticket. Despite providing evidence and their own admission they couldn't verify the ticket beforehand, they refuse refunds without 'scanner photos' - impossible to take when you're alone being asked to leave. This is systematic fraud protection failure, not customer service.

Ich denke wenn man ein Einzelticket kauft, ist es ein super System mit dem neu generierten Code. Ich habe jedoch ein 4er Ticket fürs Docklands gekauft und habe daraufhin nur eine einseitige PDF erhalten mit einem Ticket. Das Ticket hat auch funktioniert, jedoch fehlten die anderen drei, wodurch das Ticket viel zu teuer war und beim Kauf auch als 4er Ticket angeboten wurde. Ich habe Ticketswap versucht über mehrere Wege zu erreichen, jedoch kamen keine oder nur automatisierte Antworten, die nicht zu meinem Problem passten. Eine Erstattung gabs bis heute nicht. Also Fazit: Einzeltickets super, aber bei Problemen ist ein Customer Service eigentlich nicht existent.

I have purchased tickets several times, and every time it all goes fine. Once I got a refund because the category of the ticket sold was not the same specified in the selling announce.

Como siempre la página funciona de 10, ni un problema, ojalá todas fueran igual de fiables. Hasta ahora solo me ha dado alegrías. Fenomenal entendimiento de todas las partes, lo dicho, sobresaliente.

Great last minute purchase for some on the day tickets, it had sold out so this was a really good day out for us. Super easy process.
