Tickets arrived on time, atmosphere was great, overall a amazing experience.

I would happily use TicketsQueen again. My first ticket did not work and so I used the live chat to get it sorted. Initially they were suggesting that I had not downloaded the link and saved the ticket to my wallet. I had done this and they quickly gave me a replacement ticket with a new download link. It was a different seat but I was very happy with it as I was close to the front and had an excellent view. I was slightly hampered during the process of communicating with TicketsQueen but that was down to connectivity issues with my phone and not TicketsQueen. There customer service was excellent so a big thank you to them.

Ordered tickets for a Premium League match - after some research I choose to go with Tickets Queen. General communication and match date changes were good. Customer Service replied quick on all my questions. Tickets (via email) arrived 24 hours before the match - as promised 👍🏻

I was a bit worried, when I didn't have a ticket on matchday morning (due to Easter holiday). The ticket came as promised and it was a great evening at London Stadium.

What an amazing seats 👌 Been upgraded for much better seats then we have order. The costumer service was very quick to reply for any of our questions! We are already planning our next Tottenham match to watch :)

I was in London for a week and ordered the ticket less than 24 hours before KO for FA Cup 4th round match. I was a bit worried I wouldn’t get it in time but they responded to my concern and sent another email to say I would have ticket in 2 hours time many hours before KO. Seat was fabulous and the whole transaction smooth. I would recommend this company.

Tickets Queen did a wonderful job of upgrading us to a private box at no additional charge. Our group was able to all sit together instead of being scattered in the stands.

They are reliable to make sure ticket available. They made upgrade my ticket because original one was not available. It was lifetime memory to see premiere league with my son who lives abroad.

Be careful , you don’t get the tickets you pay for. You get tickets but completely different ones in much worse locations. It’s a scam .

THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN!! I ordered and paid for tickets for Lower Central Long Arsenal v Man City on Oct 8, 2023. The day before the match they email me and give me an offer of NO TICKETS with full refund or Upper Central Long with a £75 refund. Of course I took the upper tickets. Now tickets arrived and I’m in the UPPER CORNER and they gave me a £100 refund. This is an SCAM operation who uses bait and switch techniques to get your money. Not even close to what I paid for. Not to mention I flew from US for this match. I would see out a company that gives you actual seats at the time of purchase. These guys only give you a general vicinity seat and then change it to different seats at the last minute so you have no choice but to accept their scraps. Avoid this company at all costs.

A first and good experience with Tickets Queen. A bit stressful though because the first two tickets I got (on the day before the game) were not in the same area, but the problem was quickly solved. The customer service on line is very reactive and efficient. I would only propose that the reservation fee for each ticket appears from the beginning and then would be included in the price.

We had a really nice and uncomplicated experience with TicketsQueen in February. Chelsea vs. Southampton with very, very good seats in Long Lower on row 6. Everything worked as promised, and it was all money worth + more🤩🤩 We will definitely use TicketQueens again in the future.

Es hat alles super geklappt! Die Tickets kamen pünktlich zwei Tage vor dem Spiel, ticketsqueen war immer zuverlässig und hat innerhalb weniger Stunden geantwortet. Wir hatten Tickets für das Spiel Liverpool gegen Fulham, welches leider wegen des Emirates FA Cups verschoben wurde - aber das war kein Problem. Wir wurden rechtzeitig vom ticketsqueen informiert und konnten die Tickets in ein anderes Spiel tauschen! Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert, wir hatten tolle Plätze und sind sehr dankbar für diese grandiose Erfahrung & den tollen Service von ticketsqueen!! 😍😍😍

Excellent service, perfect experience. I have to admit I was a little skeptical ordering tickets to a Chelsea game the morning of the match and having never used this service before. However the transaction could not have been better, bought ticket on their site, they were delivered via email within the hour and got into ground and found seat without an issue. These guys are good, very good!
