Able to order tickets easily. But prefer to have a paper ticket as a backup because sometimes my phone malfunctions.
It was great to have a heads up on the gig location being different than expected. I know from when tickets were purchased a lot of people thought it was at Rogers Centre in Toronto but it was actually at Rogers Stadium, around 45 minutes away. Without the email confirmation a lot of people would have missed out!
The concert was great overall, but unfortunately the screens weren’t working, which made it harder to see some parts of the performance.

I love Oasis. It was a great show despite the rain. The washrooms at the venue need work. The urinals at the stadium were not advertised well enough and many men waiting for a portable washroom had no idea they existed. This made an already long line longer. I think next time I would go for a floor ticket just so I didn’t have to climb the stairs to go down the stairs. Exiting the stadium was long. We did a ride share but if the go train went north I would have don’t that option.
The band was great, the venue was not. Getting in and out is a nightmare. At every single check point where I interacted with staff there was an issue. It’s not operated well, and please tell me why gate one has different lines and those lines are not made clear to people. You have someone on a microphone trying to direct people and no one can understand a word he’s saying. Terrible venue except for the sound quality.
It was a great experience. But i think you should mention few things in ticket. Like if you have bag, you have to submit your bag at gate 1 and it will change you 20$.
I had no issues with ordering my tickets. We had no issues moving them to Google wallet. The concert was amazing!

when purchasing tickets i was declined twice on leaving the app i was able to purchase tickets through the whitecaps website. later i saw that i had 8 tickets as one of the denied purchases went through. tried contacting ticketmaster but the service center was not running. contacted ticketmaster the next day and was told that i would have to wait until someone would be able to help me 3-5 day. this is after the event. still waiting for call and resolution
Everything went seamlessly! From buying the tickets, to showing them at the venue. Kane Brown performed an awesome concert with fire, confetti and all! My daughter and I had a great time! It was her last event before heading to her first year in college!
Tickets said “All Gate Access” but apparently that didn’t mean certain gates? Lined up twice in the “wrong line”. These lines were not signed well and the communication with staff was awful. Clearer communication about what gates to line up at would have been a huge help. The fans want to follow the rules to get in easily. But you made a lot of them pissed off by not being clear. Also, I think there were only 2 merch booths in the whole of Scotiabank Arena?! The lines were massive! The show was incredible. But the management of the fans was horrendous.

The show was amazing the drinks and people were nice the company did a good job at helping me find my seat and I overall had a great time honestly once in a lifetime experience
Tried a few different times over couple of days but tickets would not go into phone wallet so venue ticket checker had to scan the tix from open account.
