Excessive fees added on top of the ticket cost adds negativity to the experience.

Tout était mal indiqué, on a fait une fille d’attente pour avoir accès au (par terre) pour rien, après 1h30 d’attente , ils n’ont dit que ce n’était pas à la bonne place. Ma sœur qui avait le même billet que moi, elle a raté la moitié du premier show car à la porte elle a reçu le mauvais brassalet, mauvaise couleur. La sortie de la place était épouvantable, on attendait sans aucune info sans bouger pendant 50min. L’organisation de l’événement = 0

The music!!!!!!!

I bought 4 tickets in October (the initial release) and needed to sell 2 of them. I waited to utilize the Ticketmaster Face-Value Exchange Program (which I was told to do) which opened about two weeks before the show. However, a few days before the event, Ticketmaster released "limited tickets" that they had held back. These were multiple rows of seats, including some in front and behind where my re-listed seats were. However, the price was significantly cheaper! I paid $918/ticket (Section 102W, row 20) and so these were listed at that price through the exchange. The seats Ticketmaster released were listed at around $500. This obviously had a significant impact on my tickets not selling! Why would someone pay $400 more for a similar seat? In the future, this Face-Value Exchange Program should be opened up much further ahead of the show date to give people enough time to try to sell their (super over-priced) tickets. Also, the "limited tickets" you release before the show should be the same price as the original ones. Your tickets are not cheap and people spend A LOT of money on these. Things need to be changed.

the Gallagher's were amazing! Once in a lifetime. everything was fantastic until the exit. We walked out of the stadium exit for out section (102) and did not arrive at Downsview station until 1 hour later. took us 15 min to walk from the station to the stadium prior to the concert. Go Trains were a good touch as we needed to get to Union. we were not aware of this prior, though. Though Subway was our only option.

Oasis gig was superb, bought standing floor tickets which is definitely the way to go. Great concert, nice job Liam and Noel definitely worth the wait for this long overdue reunion.

What a joke of a company Ticketmaster is. Not only do they royally rip you off with obscene ticket prices and fees and taxes on top, to organize a concert in Toronto at such a horrific venue, is such a spit in the face of their consumers. I loathe this company and the hold they have over events, and how they've priced out working class people. How they act like you've won some sort of prize by getting to go to the event after they have just rinsed your pockets after hours of headaches in online queues that barely work, and sometimes kick you out for wrongly assuming you're a bot. Greedy, disorganized, truly vile company. Hope governments step in to stop this madness.

Was able to get tickets which was amazing. The show was great! Haven’t seen these guys in concert in 23 years. Loved it! Venue was good too. Sounded amazing. Staff was great, no complaints

Oasis was fantastic. The venue however was horrible. No parking, no bathrooms, no signs for subway. Shame on you greedy people.

Ticketmaster app would not allow me to transfer tickets. Leading to unexpected issues and aggravation.

The ticket purchasing experience for high-demand events is subpar: tickets become unavailable before you click on them. You basically just have to buy whatever you successfully select.

Everything was great, just one little thing that the music that was playing before the concert started was awfully loud and being that it was a country singer that night, I don’t know why they play rock.

Brilliant night. We travelled from Scotland for the gig and it was amazing. My son’s picture ended up on oasis social media. Was both my son’s first concert and they are still buzzing. No dynamic pricing in North America so got tickets at face value. Well done.

Amazing performance and venue

The show itself was great. The getting to and from the venue as well as the logistics inside was the worst thing I’ve even seen. Took an hour to get out of the venue after the show. 2 hours to get back to the hotel. If this was at Roger’s Centre I could’ve been home in that same time
