All Gate Access doesn’t mean all gates?!
Tickets said “All Gate Access” but apparently that didn’t mean certain gates? Lined up twice in the “wrong line”. These lines were not signed well and the communication with staff was awful. Clearer communication about what gates to line up at would have been a huge help. The fans want to follow the rules to get in easily. But you made a lot of them pissed off by not being clear. Also, I think there were only 2 merch booths in the whole of Scotiabank Arena?! The lines were massive! The show was incredible. But the management of the fans was horrendous.
