Great access seats with carer. And follow up confirmation was impressive. Brilliant show. Highly recommend it.

I loved the show, the male concierge on the ground floor was helpful friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We were sat in Row L Door 8 and unfortunately found it very disrupting from guests behind and around us making lots of noise and making it difficult to hear the show at times.
The singers and band were wonderful
Nice show but there were issues with some of the microphones throughout the show. This was very disappointing and not the standard expected of a professional show this late in the season. I understand issues may arise, however, some microphones were hardly working for entire songs and it occurred all through the entire performance. This really affected our ability to enjoy the show.
Generally good experience, only negative was the app which was not working properly when trying to view tickets meaning I had to print hardcopies and take them to the venue.
We loved the show, the costumes were fantastic, as was the showmanship. The props and lightening was also fantastic.

I’ve been to more than 12 events this year and bought tickets through Ticketmaster and it’s been seamless, to purchase , easy to load to digital wallet and easy to transfer to other attendees. I also appreciate the updates and reminders!
Your app is the worst I have ever encountered and your customer service is appalling. I tried communicating with you with my concerns only to be given generic answers.
My husband has dementia. He has an iPhone 6. I booked for both of us but I was only able to download my ticket to my phone. Not his. I thought I was booking for both of us. I can’t print out the tickets as that isn’t an option. And can’t use his phone to download the tickets. So your “service” is nothing short of a time wasting hassle. You must have his mobile in your system somewhere but using his phone was never an option. What are you people thinking?

Terrible experience. When tickets went on sale, the only ones available were restricted view and far more expensive than a Fremantle Dockers game at the same venue just a week later. Yet when we arrived, the entire row was empty, so we moved to a clear view — and then they announced the crowd was only 32,845. Why is it so hard to buy tickets when there are so many empty seats? The system is frustrating, overpriced, and makes no sense.
Great performance by both artists and accompanying musicians in a very suitable venue.
