Easy to get to even on public transport. Seats found easily with help from the stewards & the show was amazing

Very B grade show “Oh what a night” The jokes were stupid and not funny. The choreography was hard to watch. Singing was very average. Sad to say this was a huge miss in my eyes.

More painful than tearing clumps of hair from my head... This has been the worst ticket buying experience ever. Go on. Try to buy the tickets you want just once without getting errors and them releasing your chosen tickets back again... pull up your socks!!!!

Eli was amazing with helping us change our GA standing seats at oasis concert in Sydney to seating since I will be heavily pregnant at the event and will be unable to stand. Went above and beyond to help us!!

Had a great night. But the seats are way too close to eachother. I paid for a seat for myself but the lady sitting beside me was a bigger woman and she sat on her seat and half my seat which I wasn’t happy about. This was at Wollongong Entertainment Centre 20/8/25. Eventually I ended up leaving one hour early as I couldn’t sit cramped any longer and the staff didn’t want to know anything about it. Never again Wollongong.

Booking and reminder process was spot on

Concert was great but we thought we got tickets for seats but when we got there there was no seats we were standing. I have a severe back injury which requires me to sit so I had to go out in the foyer area and sit down to listen to the concert

I had hoped that by attending this I would get some unique insight into some of the experiences & things James had seen or done but it was more of a talkfest & something you could have just the same watched on TV without really many pictures or really interesting matters. It was a shame.

I was very grateful that I was able to obtain my ticket for $50. That is much appreciated as I'm a pensioner. I thought the production was amazing and it exceeded my expectations.

I Liked that they followed the storyline. I disliked that they added a segment in the middle which did not fit anywhere ... it looked like they were just adding a dance segment to increase the length of the show.

Tickets were not checked on moving into the grandstand. As a consequence, dozens of nonpaying spectators moved into the empty seats. I could have paid half of what I did and still got the same seating.

Loved it, such a great peformance.

There were sound and lighting issues which affected my enjoyment of the show.

We booked tickets to Beauty & the Beast through Ticketmaster about 10 months ago, and finally went last night. It was WONDERFUL! We had the absolute best time and the ticketing process and system couldn’t have been easier. The musical was incredible and perfect for our son’s first ever musical experience. Great from start to finish using Ticketmaster (and their app).

Easy to get tickets.

Unnecessarily complicated means of obtaining tickets for someonme who doesn't have a printer, but fortunately the venue's box office helped out. I will avoid using Ticketmaster in future, but it wasn't your fault that the event itself was disappointing.

It’s easy to navigate the website for purchasing tickets and there were no problems with the payment transaction. I was kept informed through the whole process right up to attending the Concert.

Great show and thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant music and support dancers for the show including the children choir singing along some of the favourtie ABBA songs.

The only improvement is to be able to print entry ticket. What if my guest does not own a mobile phone?
