The good news is they got my ticket dismissed. The bad news is their customer service was pretty slow to respond to my questions. Had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my case status.
They successfully handled my parking ticket dispute, which I'm grateful for. The only downside was it took about 6 weeks longer than their initial estimate. Communication could have been better during the waiting period, but the end result was positive.
