Wonderful experience
I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

As soon as I booked
As soon as I booked, I noticed on my confirmation email that I had gotten the date wrong by a month. PANIC!!! However, it turns out the notification you get right away does not necessarily mean it’s booked, and there may be an opportunity to change it. Michael helped me locate the flights on the date I wanted, and we compared the price. Ended up getting the date corrected and still got a good deal
