Wonderful experience
I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

Thrive Travel (Tt) is AMAZING!
Discovered Tt while searching for flights on Skyscanner. The reservation process was easy and Zack was most helpful. Will definitely use Thrive again in the future as the cost savings were amazing.

Our trip to England
We booked a trip to London with Stephanie at Thrive Travel who I used years ago when she was at a different agency. Once I let her know my travel dates she gave me some options for business. Initially, the discounts sounded negligible. I contacted through a web ad another consolidator who was very helpful. When I told Stephanie I was talking to another agent she wanted to beat the price of the other person and gave me a definite number which was about $500 cheaper per ticket. By the time I discussed it with my husband that evening and called her first thing the next day, the price had gone up to a similar price as the other agent offered. It was literally under 24 hours. While the ticket was still somewhat cheaper than what I was considering and I preferred the airline she offered, it felt like a bait and switch. So thereβs a level of pressure to quickly purchase the ticket before the airline raises it. Also, beware. They say there is no 24 hour grace period after purchasing to cancel. The other agency offered this and Iβm not sure itβs even legal. Other than that, I am pleased but will definitely be careful in the future.

The flight was last minute
The flight was last minute, there was on thing that did not go well.. probably because I had been traveling an was very tired..the sticker number wasn't available..I did not read the whole page so therefore I missed it..I got a follow up call from thrive asking good and bad of using their service..I explained that I had to call the airlines for the sticker no..they showed me it was there..but they were very concerned..I usually don't do follow ups or surveys but..in this case I think they were genuinely concerned...anyways everything worked out great
