Wonderful experience
I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

I usually do my own travel online but with prices so high these days decided to give these guys a try. I worked with Michael Boyd who quickly showed me some options. After I further detailed my preferences he came back with a couple of options I couldn't find online using the normal search engines. Our round trip direct flights from Washington DC to Switzerland saved us a minimum of $1,100. All this was done in a short amount of time with clarity.

Prompt and Patient
Sheen Taylor was recommended to me by an Australian friend and I was entirely delighted with the introduction. Sheena was able to get me and my husband affordable business class seats to and from Australia and despite the different time zones between me in the UK and Sheena in the US, she was always helpful, patient and importantly replied promptly to all of my queries.
