Ken Avino is my agent at Thrive. He was great at helping me a great deal on a flight from Budapest to Baltimore. I will be calling on him again.
Wonderful experience
I had some doubts when booking with Thrive because I have never encountered or used this platform before, but my experience from booking to the end of my trip was nothing but breeze. I was assigned an agent right after I completed my purchase. Anthony responded in an email introducing himself as my point of contact and has guided me through every step of the way. Every time I had a new concern, he would immediately respond and reassure me that all is good. I am definitely going to be using Thrive Travel in my future bookings. I recommend it highly. 5star experience.

We needed to make a change to a booked flight with Thrive. Even though it did not work out exactly as we had hoped, our Thrive agent, Joe, worked through every possibility with us for an acceptable alternative. I will check with them before booking future flights!

I booked a flight
I booked a flight last minute. I received an email saying that it would take up to 24hours to get my booking confirmation. After writing multiple emails, I did not get any responses. My card got charged the 1500$ plane ticket even tho it was supposed to cost 1100$. 2 hours before my flight, thrive travel emailed me to say that my flight was cancel and re-embourses me only 1000$. It was a horrible experiences. After, they blocked my email. I have never experienced such a bad travel company and who cancel your plane tickets for no reason. This is very frustrating. I will never recommend this website and will never use it again. It is fraud !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE, ITS NOT RELIABLE
