I ordered postcards and a book almost 2 weeks ago. The book arrived, but no postcards. The email saying the book was being delivered just says "Being Processed" for the cards. I can't get more information without an account, but since I didn't create an account to make the purchase, I don't see how that will help now. Please either send me the postcards I ordered, or refund me.

Got a USPS notice that my book “Dangerous Women” was delivered. It was NOT delivered.

The item that came was not what I purchased. I purchased a tarot card deck and what came was a tattered paperback of the body keeps the score. The box was also not taped up, just folded together so it could have opened during shipment.

Exact book I was looking for at an affordable price! Shipped and arrived in little time. Love the book!

Delivered exactly what we ordered and expected.

The product was exactly as expected. It said it was used, but like new and it was. It also came before the expected due date. I know thrift books has no control over delivery, but they don't waste anytime at sending the books out which helps with delivery coming before expected due date. Very happy dealing with ThriftBooks

What did go well: All three books arrived in a timely manner two of the 3 books arrived in the shape described. What did not go well: Even though one of the books (The Glorious Cause) was described as being in "very good" shape, as soon as I opened the package, the order of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I have tried three different strategies to remove the smoky smell, without luck so far.
