Two weeks after ordering, item not received and no info available
I ordered postcards and a book almost 2 weeks ago. The book arrived, but no postcards. The email saying the book was being delivered just says "Being Processed" for the cards. I can't get more information without an account, but since I didn't create an account to make the purchase, I don't see how that will help now. Please either send me the postcards I ordered, or refund me.
