I’m sharing this feedback again because I’ve had several similar experiences over the past few weeks. Your products and ordering process are both great. It’s the company you use to ship and report shipping information that really needs work. They are inaccurate as to when the merchandise will arrive and keep saying the package will be there on a certain day but then it isn’t. This has created problems for me. I’d rather be told the truth than given incorrect guesses. On most of the orders over the past few weeks I never received a text confirmation of delivery, as requested. And I’m still mystified as to why one package had an additional COD charge that was never mentioned at the time of the order. I suggest you address these issues with the company you use for shipping because they are not representing you well.

just ok

overall pretty good. I will say the condition on "The Getaway" was marked as good, it should have been "acceptable" Clearly there was water damage. It looked like the DVD was submerged in a flood. water damage and dirt everywhere. I did give it 3 stars, that's pretty spot on
