Every order I have made with Thriftbooks has been exactly as it should be, perfect! I receive my orders is great shape, they arrive when they say they will arrive. I will be buying my books from them until I stop reading!

I have contacted thriftbooks.com more than once to resolve the issue with replacing "How to Dork Your Diary". To this day, they still have not sent out a suitable replacement book. They said they would replace it, but WHEN?? I would appreciate better communication from them. I even took the time to send them photos of the unacceptable copy that they shipped to me initially. Please just mail a new copy of "How to Dork Your Diary" so we can all get on with our lives.
