Poor Confusing and Sporadic Communication.
*poor, confusing and sporadic communication* Unfortunately after a year of Thornley Groves I do not want to rent from them again. I give one star because I believe their service has been of minimal standard. My issues are: 1. Poor and confusing communication from too many staff members -it is very hard to get in touch, especially with the right person. 2. A lack of will to sort out problems , - all issues must be reported via a system and not in person, it then is often ignored unless pressed. (This happened 3 times in a year) 3. Stressful messages sent with no warning, -if there is outstanding rent from one person the estate agents threaten court to all tenants without prior or direct contact 4. A confusing system, -thornely groves has 2 bank accounts and neglected to tell us they changed meaning that, once again they skipped to sending stressful messages instead of sending a polite notification informing us clearly if this change. A simple problem which should have been avoided. All of these things indicate a need for better communication and access to information.
