Shop assistant was polite , efficient and made the appropriate discount with my blue light card

The girl in the shop who served me was very nice helped me get some perfumes....nouthing was a bother to her , will definitely be back in the fragrance shop.

Good helpful staff

To sell the correct item that the customer asked for I asked for a refill in Giorgio Armani intense and was given a refillable after asking it is the refill which I was assured that it was very disappointing

Assistant was very helpful. Fragrance not yet opened, but I've opened another Britney Sprears and the smell is Heavenly.

The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and extremely helpful and professional. It makes such s nice change to some other shops where it all seems to much of an effort to be helpful.

Product is not delivered . They first said it was to be delivered by DPD asked 10 days grace after being phoned for non delivery .Got it came back after another 10 days and said it was to be delivered by Royal Mail wanted another 10 Days . Then informed they were tracking the parcel and have patience want 30 days .

Went into the shop to enquire about price of Rush. Victoria attended to us straight away told us of the best deals and advised us regarding use of my Blue Light Card. Victoria is an asset well done.

Extremely prompt delivery. Items packaged. Easy to navigate website, lots of choice. Particularly useful having "Try it first" option.

The Polish lady in WalthamX shopping centre, who served me on quite few occasions, as usual been very helpful and patience. Listening to what I am saying about my preferences in fragrances. Not forcing me and offering plenty of option. I chose something new to me and for sure I will be back there in the future.
