I called this company to come round and give me a quote for insulation and to board out my loft , the bloke stefan who came round was very friendly and explained in great detail what needed to be done and infant I also ended up having loft ladders aswell which are fantastic , when the quote was sent over I was shocked at how cheap they was compared to other companies I had enquired about , the bloke who came round to carry out the work was called Stuart, he worked so hard , the service of this company was fast,friendly and I couldn't fault them atall, if anyone is looking to get there loft done you must contact them you will not be disappointed, thank you Craig and the team 10/10

They did an amazing job, the guys completed the job in half a day. They moved the loft hatch and boarded out the loft. They put lights in that are rechargeable and motion detected. They left my house clean and tidy and the loft hatch and ladder are perfect. The loft is amazing now, lots of new storage space. Great price, honest, friendly and excellent communication, I can’t recommend them enough, Stefan and his team are real professionals. No complaints here, great job, well happy. Thanks guys

After reading the good reviews on Trustpilot I decided to go with The Essex Loft Boarding Co. Not only were they the cheapest out of 3 estimates I obtained, but by far the most professional and trustworthy. I felt I was being given honest advice and they weren't trying to make more money out of a simple job - in fact they even advised where I could save money. They worked incredibly quickly, efficiently and were totally conscientous in doing a good job. They left the place clean and tidy when they finished too ... bonus!

From seeing Stephan for a quote and our correspondence back and forth whilst I made a decision, I thank you for your patience. Great experience with getting my loft boarded. Stephan was very knowledgeable when coming down to quote for the job, and Stuart did an amazing job at boarding the loft. I found the price very competitive in comparison to other company’s I had previously contacted, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Graig and his co-worker, (also called Graig), did a great job of insulating our loft, clean and efficient. I was particularly pleased when after I ordered far too much, Graig reduced the charge accordingly. I found that to be refreshing honest. We have asked him to do some boarding, fit ladders and a new loft hatch.

Good price compared to other quotations that I received. Nice job done including clean-up. Kept to scheduled time and the operatives were professional. Easy access to staff including the directors.

We couldn’t have received a better service! The quote was arranged at short notice due to our availability which was extremely helpful. Then the appointment scheduled for works to be completed before our holiday. They also sent two guys to allow all works to be completed in one day. The team were prompt, well mannered, professional and did a great job including clean up. I would highly recommend .

I had an amazing experience with the Essex Loft Boarding Company. From Stephen visiting for the initial quotation, through to the detailed quotation and plan shared to the installers who arrived and installed my loft ladder and installed the boarding. Everyone was very professional, and the installers took extra care to ensure everything was done carefully and even vacuumed up behind themselves! Absolutely worth the spend and pricing was competitive.

If I could give these guys more stars I would! From initial contact to completion, the team provided excellent customer service and great value for money. Must’ve been the hottest day of the year when they were doing the actual work, and there were no complaints at all. Very pleased with the job, professional, tidy and polite workers, talked me through every step of job and explained in detail any adjustments that were needed whilst on the job rather than just doing it anyway, I'm out of the country right now, yet I was still kept up to scratch via video call, which I thought was a nice touch to their service. Stephan and the team at The Essex Loft Boarding Company really delivered on their promise and service for us. From the off we set out to secure a few quotes from different contractors. Stephan's was the first and by far the most transparent. There was no BS, just a thorough attention to detail through the survey, clarity on what we needed and what we didn't - we thought we'd spec an in-built ladder, but once the space was assessed there was no upsell and clarity given on why that wasn't the right solution. Even when we then had additional quotes (at higher prices and different spec) Stephan was available to compare and guide on the material finish of the loft boarding and set up - again, not to necessarily sell his team, but more so cut through the unnecessary add ons relative to our space from other suppliers. From the off, this built trust and when you add that to a really fair price for the work, it was a no brainer who we were going to book with. When it came to installation, Craig and the fitting team were thorough, professional and clean - completing the job to a high spec and leaving the house clean and tidy (stairs were sheeted, carpets vacuumed after pack up etc.) We'd thoroughly recommend them.

Amazing Experience from start to finish - quote was perfect and at a very reasonable price! The lads smashed the whole job out in a day and left no mess and have done a quality job! Would highly recommend and will definitely use these guys again for any of my future properties.
