Stephan and the team at The Essex Loft Boarding Company really delivered on their promise and service for us. From the off we set out to secure a few quotes from different contractors. Stephan's was the first and by far the most transparent. There was no BS, just a thorough attention to detail through the survey, clarity on what we needed and what we didn't - we thought we'd spec an in-built ladder, but once the space was assessed there was no upsell and clarity given on why that wasn't the right solution. Even when we then had additional quotes (at higher prices and different spec) Stephan was available to compare and guide on the material finish of the loft boarding and set up - again, not to necessarily sell his team, but more so cut through the unnecessary add ons relative to our space from other suppliers. From the off, this built trust and when you add that to a really fair price for the work, it was a no brainer who we were going to book with. When it came to installation, Craig and the fitting team were thorough, professional and clean - completing the job to a high spec and leaving the house clean and tidy (stairs were sheeted, carpets vacuumed after pack up etc.) We'd thoroughly recommend them.
