The iPhone 13 mini was described as pristine and indeed it looked new - not a mark on it (although it was second hand as the guarantee had been registered two years ago). Battery 98%. With a quick delivery and a keen price I am very happy with my purchase.

Would thoroughly recommend a refurbished phone from The Big Phone Store. Especially having heard friend’s experiences with other sponsored Google refurb companies being poor. The Big Phone Store made choosing a new phone and payment plan really easy on their website. My iPhone 15 pro arrived beautifully packaged and with some free accessories. I had an issue in that the phone wouldn’t read my SIM, I tried some other SIMs from other networks but no luck. Maybe the previous owner had an eSIM and it wasn’t picked up on before. I called the team who were really friendly and recommended I return and gave me some great options with no pressure, including full refund. I posted the phone back for the engineers to look at and it was sent back to me in such a short time - I posted it back Friday, it was received Monday, worked on Tuesday and back to me by Wednesday. I got a full refund for my postage costs. And now I’m more than happy with the phone and its condition. Overall the communication emails and contact with the company were great, especially Sarah. They strike me as a very well together business with a good culture and ethos, with the way they operate. Professional and warm. Thank you!

Ordered my iPhone 14 phone approx 1.15pm on Thursday 24 July it arrived by post 9.39am the following morning. 100% of battery is chargeable no visible marks anywhere. What's not to like!! Great service Very pleased with it.

I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max - the item was described as very good. The phones condition was as advertised and also had 100% battery health. I would recommend using The Big phone store for any future purchases. One thing which is not available is I would like to be able to make my purchase online and collect from store, which I’m advised is in the pipeline. The phone was delivered securely within 48 hrs of placing my order. Overall an excellent five star service.

I saw the refurb phone I wanted on The Big Phone Store website. It was a very competitive price. It was advertised as 'very good' condition and it definitely is. Just a couple of very tiny scuffs on the case. It arrived next day, well packaged. I liked that I was buying from a physical store rather than a group of sellers on the web. It gave me peace of mind to know that if there had been any problems, I could phone them up or visit them. Very happy with my purchase and I will definitely shop again at The Big Phone Store.
