Unreliable broadband and ignored complaints
Been on a 2-year contract and experienced multiple sudden broadband outages with no warning, often lasting 2–3 days at a time. These outages frequently happen over weekends, making it even harder to get support. Customer service is unclear and unhelpful, and complaint emails have gone completely unanswered. Very poor reliability and communication. I would not recommend this service.
