Just back from a fantastic Millionaire Retreat in Cyprus. I have learnt so much over the 5 days and the training from Paul, Steve and Deb was amazing and I now feel totally motivated to take my business to the next level. The trip gave me the opportunity to meet other business owners from the NJT family who gave each other support and I am pleased to call them my friends. If you are thinking of joining The Travel Franchise go ahead, it is one decision you won't regret.

Just back from my first Millionaire’s Retreat in Cyprus and what an amazing 5 nights it was. Lots of great content to help us grow our businesses, an inspirational chat from our brand ambassador Daley Thompson, supplier updates and getting to spend time and share knowledge with fellow TCs. Absolutely brilliant itinerary with hotel visits, theme dinners, and a day trip for wine tasting and lunch in the mountains. Looking forward to the Elite experience in May. Thank you.

Wow what can I say! My first Millionaires Retreat with the Travel Franchise and I can’t praise NJT, and all involved enough. I learnt so much and really feel recharged, motivated and ready to grow my business further with my amazing Not Just Travel business partner. They really cater to you and understand your journey. I also got to meet other great business owners, and now can call my friends. There was so much learning and supporting of one another. It’s so unique to have a culture like that where we are all routing for each other to succeed and do well. Thank you 😊

Had an amazing time on the Millionaire’s Retreat in Cyprus - learnt so much

Perhaps one of the best training courses I have ever attended. The attention to detail and the care provided could not be more evident. Dave and Aaron are brilliant mentors to help understand the Travel business in great detail. Through the period of the course - we had about 10 different Business Heads, Trade Partners and Consultants, covering numerous aspects of the business. On the last day of our training, we were introduced to about 20 people from the Corporate Management team and you can really put a name to the face and know we have complete support every step of the journey. Thank you very much Travel Franchise and the entire team. I look forward to building a long and fruitful relationship with you in the years to come.

Thank you to the entire team at Not Just Travel for a fantastic induction week, it was very well structured, very informative, interactive and also lots of fun. The training I received for my franchise package was very well thought out and I am excited about my future and reassured by the level of support they did and will give me. It's daunting to change your profession as you get older, I think, everyone was lovely and I was reassured to find that there were people from a range of backgrounds and age groups. I think Not Just Travel has opened my eyes to a world outside the NHS, and I look forward to working with Aaron, Nicky and the team, to further my business opportunities and achieve a better work/life balance.

Very well organized, great content delivered professionally. For sure there is a lot to take in but they are an amazing, friendly team and I know I can call on them for help which is very reassuring.

Have just been through the induction training with NJT, great structure, superb content from people with years of experience, and whilst there is a huge amount of information it doesn't overwhelm and leaves you feeling confident about the incredible journey ahead.

I have loved my week of training with a great bunch of people. So much to take it but everyone has been so helpful and supportive I feel confident going into this new business venture that I can succeed knowing that I have an amazing team to help me when I am a little stuck! I don't doubt for a minute that I won't be giving the team a call on a regular basis but they are so happy for me to do so. The training I have received in this last week in order to get my business off to an amazing start has been outstanding. All of the trainers have been extremely friendly, helpful and very welcoming. They’ve gone above and beyond in sharing their experiences and made me feel very positive that my business is going to be a great success. To know that I have the Partnership Managers on hand for ongoing support is very reassuring and will be a great asset. I'm looking forward to working with each of them throughout the various stages of my business and generating some great connections within the industry. Such an informative week with a great group of people! Training surpassed all my expectations and it was a pleasure to be a part of something I love! Travel! I recently went on the Elite Experience in Mauritius. It was excellent. Beachcomber, our hosts, went above & beyond, to ensure we had a great time but more importantly we learnt as much as we could about their offering. We also spent time in the classroom, learning how to move our businesses forward & getting excellent tips for customer retention. Another important benefit was to spend time with other TC’s and share our own personal experiences. Steve & Paul went out of their way to make sure we mixed as much as possible and were always on hand to answer any questions. We were able to have 121’s with Steve. I came away feeling very much part of the NJT family and more importantly, equipped to take my business to the next level - thank you NJT!

The training was an amazing experience to me , in terms of the content and the hosts who did a tremendous effort in delivering every bit of information in the most convenient and easy way. I am a Franchise holder and I joined the business pre-pandemic and yes it has been a tough time. But Steve and Paul and the team have supported us and invested in us. A number of us were take Mauritius for a training week with some fantastic inputs but also some experiences that will last a lifetime. I think the support and advice is priceless and a really good reason to join on it's own
