We got to listen to and work with the experts who work for NJT, listening to their experiences, tips and ideas. They have a vast knowledge of the travel industry between them and I don't think that they missed anything out to help us to get our businesses up and running.

Just completed my initial training with Not Just Travel, a great week, lots of new things learned, training team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to the start of this new adventure!

The trainers were all extremely knowledgeable and engaging, delivered in a nice relaxed way and no questions were treated as silly questions ..... Very excited for the future and making a successful business with NJT

Donna, at The Travel Franchise and Not Just Travel, is a wonderful Business Development Manager! She brings everything the company stands for, and more, to our one to one meetings. Not Just Travel and its Travel Consultant training is incredible. There is just the right amount of regular contact, and they are always there when you have a question or get stuck with something. I wish I had joined years ago, but so pleased I took that leap of faith and now have a great future ahead with them. If you're thinking about joining, my recommendation is do it, and do it now! What a 3 years!!! We are nearly 3 years into our new Business with Not Just Travel (Travel Franchise) and wow what a time it has been. The Training and development we have recieved along with the expert guidance from the BDM's has supported our growth from only having 40 Facebook friends between us to having a Facebook following of nearly 3,000 people, winning the Money Back Challenge in 7 months and a business that turns over well over 1.5 million a year and earns us a lifestyle where we can do what we love from anywhere in the world. It is a great network to be part of socially as well with all the trips we get to go on where we learn and have fun at the same time. We have grown as individuals so much these past 3 years.

From starting in October 2016 with no previous experience in travel I have recently achieved the status of "Diamond" and with sales to date just short of £6 million. The Not Just Travel of today is unrecognisable of the one I joined back then as there has been so much investment into the company which in turn gives us more tools to help us grow our own personal businesses. Looking forward to a great future with the continued and amazing support of our head office and bdms So many friends have been made along the way too!

I joined The Travel Franchise and NJT at the end of 2022 and its still the best decision I've ever made! From the very beginning of my journey I've felt so supported by everyone in the team and just over 2 years later I have a thriving business that has allowed me to go Full Time, travel the world and create more balance in my life. Before I started I was anxious about whether I'd pay the fee and then be left to sink or swim but that's not the case. All the support is tailored as you move through, so in the beginning you need a lot of support with finding suppliers, loading bookings, understanding regs, etc. Now, I have a BDM who is helping me understand how to run this as a business and we have weekly meetings (at my request) to make sure I stay accountable to my goals. What I love most about the business is that for the first time in my working career, the hours I work are truly paying back, directly to me. Plus last year I visited 11 different countries, went on my first cruise, swam with wild dolphins and I've made some amazing new friends. To anyone seriously thinking about joining, do! It's really changed my life for the better and I'm so thankful I believed in myself and took the jump. To make it a success you do need to work really hard but if you love what you do, it's not hard work.

I invested in an Elite Franchise in October 23 and decided to invest further in the Cruise Division a month later. There is an immense amount of information to absorb. My journey with Cruise and the Mastery training has been a challenge in terms of available time. However, Gemma Outram has been a great support and mentor offering her great deal of knowledge of the Cruise industry which has certainly made things more understandable.

I just wanted to say that I am thoroughly enjoying my successful journey with the Travel Franchise at the moment. As a completely new arena for me, I have been made to feel welcome and even though I have been working part time, the success has been incredible all along. Now I have start promoting cruise holidays (one area that I knew nothing about) but the support from Gemma to push me forward has been exceptional. She has been supportive while very subtly pushing me to do things which have resulted in success. Everyone has been very open and welcoming and I look forward to bigger and better things and a brighter future with the amazing team.

The team made us feel welcome and all our questions and quieries were answered. We even had the privilege of interacting and receiving mentoring from one of the co-founders Steve Witt. There was alot to take in but all the information was delievered with enthusiasm and a positive vibe. I also feel that we will have their support and guidance which is such a reassuring element. Well done to all the team.

A very informative and intense week of training. Everyone was kind and supportive and appreciated that when learning we sometimes need to do things more than once. Thanks for your patience and professionalism

An incredibly informative week ran by people who are passionate, kind and helpful. The BDMs have reassured me throughout the whole process and really have made you feel as if no question is a 'silly question'. The group size of the induction has been great for feeling confident to ask questions and have discussions, we have also been able to meet and ask questions to specialist people in a range of roles which has been invaluable. I feel very ready to launch my new business knowing there is excellent support there to help get it off the ground!

Great training by the team, it covered all the areas that I was expecting and more. Although the training is intense, it was delivered in an easy to understand way, all questions were answered and there was always the opportunity to clarify anything that I felt I needed more information on. I'm excited to start my business, confident in the knowledge that I will continue to receive support and excellent assistance from the team.

I have just had the most informative and excitng week of induction training with NJT. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating! I cannot wait to take my next steps knowing I have such great support around me!

Great training week. Knowledgeable trainers and feel ready to go live. Plenty of support and the Hub is a great tool to use if any questions need answering. The company is very professional and is constantly growing and improving products.
