Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

Good price - but the results can’t be registered
Good price, easy to order and fast delivery. Unfortunately not 5 stars as the serial numbers / ID numbers on the test cassettes aren’t recognised by the Gov.uk lateral flow test site (they start with 4 letters not the usual 3)
