Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.

DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

I was worried for my test results so i decided to contact customer support live chat. Luckily i was put through to Azeem who helped me immensely and told me step by step what to do. He replied quickly and was overall amazing in helping me.

Dodgy Company
Test booked and paid for. Kit arrived. No video call appointment & no way to get in touch with the company. They are ignoring texts & emails & there is no telephone number. A very dodgy, unreliable company. Not even worth one star. We have been badly let down & left in the lurch
