Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.

DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

Very unhappy. Order never received and no refund…
Order never received and no refund given because they said I inputted( sic) the addresss wrongly. In fact the address was correct including postcode but the town snd county had been transposed , presumably because of their strange form which asked for address then town but no box for county……..

It's not next day delivery
Second time I have used the service and second time I have paid for postage quoted to be next day and it hasn't arrived next day. The website makes a big thing about it being next day delivery and I ordered in plenty of time according to the counter on the site.

Test arrived too late. Delivery date was supposed to be two days before holiday but arrived 3 days into the holiday, thank goodness I didn’t rely on this!

Ordered test kits on Monday
Ordered test kits on Monday with testngo they stated that order would arrive on 48 hour delivery. They advised that test kits would arrive on Wednesday. order never arrived Wednesday then royal mail advised that order would now arrive after 3.oopm Thursday???? so advised testngo about this plus other concerns. they replied with stock answer "your order WILL be delivered on Wednesday " so anyway Wednesday came and went! Thursday afternoon at 1.00pm still no delivery and we now have to leave for our holiday and no test kits. So we now have 2 days to find alternative and testngo wont even give you a phone no. To call them on in an emergency disgraceful!! We've lost over £50. With testngo And still unsure if we'll get on our cruise. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They have no concern for customers whatsoever 😤😤😤
