Was contacted by the sales team as soon as I made a purchase, the tests were delivered quickly, the count was correct, the product was what I ordered, the tests work exactly like they are supposed to. In addition to competitive pricing you get a group of people who want to know if everything is ok with what you ordered, and it is! Fantastic.

Great customer service! Fast shipping!

My nurses use these kits for our urine drug screens. They are happy with them and they are easy to read. Christina does a good job with customer service. We are repeat customers!

The customer service is top notch- friendly, helpful and so attentive and expedient. The order arrived much quicker than expected--I will be ordering again!!

Great service and quick responses. Everything I needed at a fair price..

There wasn’t a sample form to follow on the website in order to make filling out everything easier.

Quick shipping and received faster than estimated. Tests work good and easy to use! No complaints and will order again when needed.

Delivery of the home test kit is quick and efficient. The website (linked on emails you receive) is slow, amateurish and confusing. Registering your home test kit is a nightmare - use the link they send by email, as any other attempt (eg via Google) just takes you round in circles to irrelevant Corona sites from gov,uk. Registration is only possible with a smartphone - not explained by the site. Home test kits are almost impossible to obtain via online application - why can't the Government sort out this shambles ?? Boris is good at waffle and inventing useless slogans that other parts of the UK reject as confusing and laugh at. Why cant he tell his minions to get their act together ??
