Amazing company
Amazing company that is community-driven. It's a great side gig with an excellent opportunity to not only earn money but also advance one's knowledge. I love the people and their knowledge.

Being accused of rewriting bugs even if you havent done it! Bugs getting rejected with all kind of reasons. This site gives depression ☹️
It's a nightmare, low quality of support, extremely low quality of payments. You just wasting your time with them.
The constant learning resources has made Testio the Best platform ever
Been working with testio for over 6 months now and the journey had been enlightening, fun, but also frustrating at times. The platform has been setup in a way to be easily understood and stress free but one thing I'll like improvements on is the timing for test invitations. Sometimes you receive invitations after a test has started and in such cases once you're a minute late in accepting the invitation, it's gone. There's also language barrier for some tests. I'll also prefer the test invitations has a specific time frame by which they're sent; what I mean is, instead of sending them randomly like 1hour before, sometimes 30mins before, sometimes 15mins before and on a couple of occasions 2hours after. Why not let it be either 1hour before or 30mins before so testers will know that at such times they should be expecting test invitations and not rely purely on luck to get one. Also some TL aren't very considerate because it was stated in the onboarding course that the time can exceed 15secs or 60secs probably due to network delays but anytime such occurs, they always reject it even if its 1 sec after and one might not want to edit it to accommodate for relevant steps(ie last step for 15secs attachments). Please review this but all round I'm really happy to be working with testio. Note: I couldn't give an estimate of all experiences so this date is just the latest experience of being sent an invitation after the time the test was slated to begin.
Test IO has been a fantastic platform for me to work as a freelancer during my free time when I'm not studying or working. It provides growth opportunities, as long as you adhere to the community guidelines. While it can be time-consuming to hunt for bugs, it is rewarding if you manage to discover a significant one. Additionally, the platform is filled with updated articles that reflect its ongoing evolution, helping testers stay informed about the latest developments.
Educative and exciting company
It's been wonderful for the few months I have been working with testio. The newbie tournament just concluded which I took part in was wonderful. My team came 3rd, not bad. Experiences were gained Friends were gained Hope to participate again if I have another opportunity. Thanks
It is overall a good experience, the team leaders are nice and helpful, the discord community great and many fun events are also conducted. Alot of information on the academy which is well structured and very helpful. Overall 10/10 experience. It was worth joining as a tester here.
I am working with TestIO more than 6 months. My overall experience is very good. The platform is well organised and transperancy in each stage. Support team always answers all the questions and the quires.I am looking more opportunities in future with TestIO
I've been testing for a couple months now after retaking it because of a long hiatus and everything is going well. I've contacted testSupport chat a few times and I have received a fast and professional response and TLs are very nice and friendly.
Most if not all of the teamleaders are fair & cooperative. You have a chance to earn while learning. Not just earning money but a system, professionalism & critical thinking. By time on the platform, it seems you get more chances, experience & earn more. However, there is some drawbacks like the stress to accept a test cycle on time, some tests are very difficult to find a bug and rarely but happen, a teamleader who is somewhat very tough in communication. I am here for nearly 2 months, all in all, a professional & social friendly platform.
I have been working with them for 5month and I’ve been a loyal tester not breaking rules and submitting defect. I’m a student so any device I can lay my hand on I do add them to my account so I can earn more Invitation. So recently I came home as I’m done with my studies only to see my account banned. I reached out and I was told it’s because I added many device and I should provide a screenshot of everything which I provide for mine But Miguel insisted that I added device that aren’t mine so my account was banned I didn’t create multiple account Just device I’m not saying what I did was right but some weeks suspension could have been a lesson not you banning my account
The platform sends lots of tests, but they don't approve. The reason behind that could be, This bug is already submitted. The bug category was mentioned wrong. If nothing they find in your test report, they would be saying "Out of scope" if you file a dispute "Still your chances of bug approval is very low. Another reason is, after spending lots of hour on finding a bug, they will pay you only for approved bug. And another reason is, they allow you to use their platform, after some bug rejections, they ban you. And if you request again to reopen, they will never accept. I ask them a question, if a new user enter the platform, definitely he would be doing something wrong while experiencing the platform, If his bugs are not being accepted or rejected because of any reason, give him a warning, he has already given his valuable time to the platform, so why ban without any notice.
An amazing place to gain the experience and make money! Very user friendly platform, with regular payouts and a lot of versatile tests. I have been on the platform for more than a year and i have enjoyed every second of it. Interesting tests that boost your expertise! Highly recommend!
A good company where you can gain your first experience in testing and earn some money. It offers a lot of educational resources and opportunities to work with and test various types of software. I started my testing career here, and it was challenging initially with many of my bug reports being rejected and low earnings. However, over the past three years, I have advanced to the top tester level and significantly increased my earnings. If you're seeking your first experience in testing, looking to improve your skills, or simply want to earn some extra money, you should definitely try Test IO.
This is a great testing working platform. I have earned a steady monthly income from the platform. The platform is very accessible with an intuitive interface and its academy can provide all the knowledge you need to start your journey...
I am very happy to know about TestIO platform, the platform has a rich amount of knowledge, helping me to learn and study very quickly, it also brings me a fairly stable income.
I am glad to participate in Crowd testing. Good experience in practicing of testing skills in different project. Unfortunately, there are so many registered people now - and they take everything apart very quickly. And one more disadvantage - impossible to know available cases until you agree to start testing (when you agree and enter to test, you will see 0 available test cases - then why I agreed that?) But basically good platform.
