Our 1st purchase in Tenerife hassle free.....

We contacted Andy with our interest on a property ..laid our cards straight on the table on where we were with it ... we already knew the complex but just had a couple of questions we wanted answering ....Andy was very helpful did us a couple of videos to answer the few questions we had ..did the deal all went smoothly and completed in less than 6 weeks from start to finish ... a word of advice to any potential buyers ..don't mess anyone about ....ask for advice ..all given freely ..we used a recommended lawyer and let Andy and Gobind (lawyer) crack on and get completed .. hassle free no dramas .. Flew over once completed picked the keys up and walked in as easy as that !!...far easier than the uk .. would i contact Andy if we were to sell or buy again???? ..absolutely wouldn't use anyone else now !!! ..Trust Andy and Gobind (lawyer) 100% and it will all run smoothly! Thank you

We received absolutely first rate…

We received absolutely first rate service from our first meeting with Andy Ward. He explained everything involved with selling a property in Tenerife clearly and concisely. Andy organised viewings and took a deposit on our property on the third viewing within a matter of weeks of us putting it with him. Everything went extremely smoothly and we were kept well informed throughout the procedure. Very professional, friendly service. I could not recommend them more.

We purchased and sold our apartment in Tenerife thanks to Andy Ward

We purchased our apartment in Tenerife 6 years ago using Andy Ward and all done in a professional manner. On visiting Tenerife in October of 2017 bumped into Andy Ward and asked him how the market was doing in Tenerife regarding selling a apartment, his reply was that the market was very strong so asked him to call round and take some photos and put on the market. Could not believe that within 23 hours he had sold my apartment and I had made double the price to what I paid 6 years ago. Just back from Tenerife after completing the sale and all I can say is that if you want to sell or buy a property Tenerife Estate Agents (Andy Ward) is the company you should go to.

I rarely provide feedback, but have no hesitation in providing this feedback as I was somewhat blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail and lack of the usual pushy salesman attributes, that one usually associates with estate agents, demonstrated by Andy Ward. In addition to attentively listening to the requirements of his client, Andy not only provided quality, without pressure, time and advice viewing properties and their surrounding areas (latter point critical if you're to find that perfect property), but was there every step of the way to help post commitment all the way up to, and in my case also afterwards, sale completion. A true professional and a credit to your trade. We salute and thank you

Looking for our place in the sun

Over the last three years we have been back and forth to Tenerife looking for a special villa. Having contacted Tenerife estate agents via the internet we jumped on a plane and got met at our hotel by Andy Ward who picked us up and took us to see several villas. And each time we went out he took us to see many more villas as i am very fussy.Over time we learnt to trust Andy's judgement and he showed us a fantastic area which we fell in love with and finally this July we found the 'one' and bought it through Andy who helped us every step of the way putting us in touch with a lawyer and sorted everything out for us. We cannot thank Andy enough for his help and guidance throughout the whole process. If you want to buy in Tenerife then you are in safe hands with Tenerife estate agents.

Trustworthy and straight

We used Andy (Tenerife Estate Agents) to sell our apartment (after doing countless hours of research due to hearing such awful stories of agents), we can honestly say Andy has helped us and looked after us all the way through the sale, he was contactable whenever and always replied to any calls/messages, I would happily recommend him to any of my own friends or family.

We have dealt with Andy Ward of Tenerife Estate Agents on 3 occasions, each resulting in our purchasing property. Andy is highly professional and trustworthy. His valued knowledge and assistance was second to none. He organised everything for us, including helping us with obtaining NIE numbers, bank account and fantastic solicitor. He goes the extra mile and nothing is a problem for him. As a negotiator, anyone would be struggling to beat him. If we decide to purchase or sell any of our properties, we will definitely be doing this through Andy.

Helpful & professional service.

Tenerife Estate Agents have helped us purchase our Tenerife home. We are new to the Island & Andy made the whole process of buying in a foreign country a simple & stress free experience. 'Simply The Best'

We bought our Holiday home through Andy and his team earlier this year (2016) I can honestly say that his professionalism and advice were second to none.
