Our 1st purchase in Tenerife hassle free.....

We contacted Andy with our interest on a property ..laid our cards straight on the table on where we were with it ... we already knew the complex but just had a couple of questions we wanted answering ....Andy was very helpful did us a couple of videos to answer the few questions we had ..did the deal all went smoothly and completed in less than 6 weeks from start to finish ... a word of advice to any potential buyers ..don't mess anyone about ....ask for advice ..all given freely ..we used a recommended lawyer and let Andy and Gobind (lawyer) crack on and get completed .. hassle free no dramas .. Flew over once completed picked the keys up and walked in as easy as that !!...far easier than the uk .. would i contact Andy if we were to sell or buy again???? ..absolutely wouldn't use anyone else now !!! ..Trust Andy and Gobind (lawyer) 100% and it will all run smoothly! Thank you

We received absolutely first rate…

We received absolutely first rate service from our first meeting with Andy Ward. He explained everything involved with selling a property in Tenerife clearly and concisely. Andy organised viewings and took a deposit on our property on the third viewing within a matter of weeks of us putting it with him. Everything went extremely smoothly and we were kept well informed throughout the procedure. Very professional, friendly service. I could not recommend them more.

We purchased and sold our apartment in Tenerife thanks to Andy Ward

We purchased our apartment in Tenerife 6 years ago using Andy Ward and all done in a professional manner. On visiting Tenerife in October of 2017 bumped into Andy Ward and asked him how the market was doing in Tenerife regarding selling a apartment, his reply was that the market was very strong so asked him to call round and take some photos and put on the market. Could not believe that within 23 hours he had sold my apartment and I had made double the price to what I paid 6 years ago. Just back from Tenerife after completing the sale and all I can say is that if you want to sell or buy a property Tenerife Estate Agents (Andy Ward) is the company you should go to.

Tenerife Estate Agents has done a fantastic job!

Tenerife Estate Agents has done a fantastic job. My property who was for sale for few years has been sold in a couple of weeks by Tenerife Estate Agents. Andy is very nice and professional, it was a pleasure to deal with him. I highly recommend him and his agency.

By far the most hard working and effective Tenerife estate agents

We cannot thank Andy and Gordon enough for their exceptional work in selling our apartment. They sold it swiftly and supported us as the sellers every step of the way. Their communication was always excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We engaged other estate agents but they were head and shoulders above the rest. To add to that they are both lovely people and absolutely honest. John and I recommend them unreservedly and want to thank them very much for all their hard work before, during and after the sale. They really do provide the entire package.

Ethical excellence

We purchased an apartment in La Caleta through Tenerife Estate Agents. Andy Ward managed the process for us. I have to say Andy is a cut WAY ABOVE the average Tenerife estate agent, the latter often being former timeshare sales persons. Andy is clearly intelligent, well educated, thorough and ethical. I get the impression that his prime motivation is not commission earning. Rather he wants to ensure that any deal is good and FAIR to all parties. There is no "sharp practice" here. I have no hesitation in recommending Andy and his team. They are knowledgeable, experienced and will certainly go the second mile to ensure a successful outcome. And they won't abandon you once they have received their commission!

Sound, honest advice from an estate agent with integrity. Very rare in Tenerife!

I can quite honestly say that Andy Ward is the most trust worthy estate agent in Tenerife. When we bought our apartment, we originally dealt with Tenerife Property Shop. What a dishonest bunch of clowns they are. Not only did they rip us off for 4000€ for a bank guarantee, they pulled every trick in the book to sell us an overpriced mortgage through their "financial advisors". That's when we searched the Internet and found Andy Ward. Thank God we did! He helped us through the whole process of buying our apartment, advising us at every step of the way. He recommended a good lawyer, and sourced a very competitive mortgage, dealing with the whole mortgage process for us too. I can't recommend him highly enough to be honest. If we had continued dealing with Tenerife Property Shop, I think we would have made a very expensive mistake, and been stitched into some very dodgy financial commitments, and they wouldn't have cared. If you want sound, honest advice when negotiating the Tenerife property market, Andy is your man.

Professional & well informed

We just purchased a wonderful villa through Tenerife Estate Agents. Andy Ward made the whole process very easy from viewings to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and most of all, we felt confident in their knowledge and ability. Andy also had a precise view of the market and properties available and, through contacts, had very good reach. I would highly recommend them. He also had a thorough knowledge of finance products. Almost took it for granted but must say he's very friendly and easy going with no pressure.

We had excellent service from Mr Andy Ward of Tenerife Estate Agency

We had excellent service from Mr Andy Ward of Tenerife Estate Agency who not only was very professional but saved us 10,000euro on what another estate agency was falsely asking. The other agency, Lupain, had no permission to sell the property but falsely claimed they had, even worse, they added 10,000 Euro onto the asking price. The vendor had not employed Lupain and knew nothing of their involvement, it was pure chance we found out the through another agent and who knew Mr Ward. We have an ongoing claim with our solicitor against Lupain to claim back our 3000euro deposit given them.
