What is not to like? Delicious tea, superb customer service, emails always answered promptly and in a friendly manner. I am a very happy customer and now relish every cup of tea !

Best Tea ever :-)

Absolutely terrible! Was given a discount code and used it. Code was accepted and showed amount of discount to be applied. Pressed the pay button and found it was not applied. Contacted support who point blank refused to help. Will NEVER be using Teapigs again. Shockingly bad service and they deserve to go bust!

I went to the store to collect my parcel and they said they haven't received it. you should have delivered the parcel on the 15th, I went to collect my order on the 18th after your message and nothing was there for me. It is unacceptable as I need it by tomorrow as I was supposed to give it to my colleagues as Christmas present on Wednesday the 20th. On the 21st I will be on unable to collect and to give it to my colleagues before Christmas.

I LOVE TEAPIGS!!!! They are an expensive treat for me as I am a student, but it says a lot that I’d rather spend my money on this than alcohol! My faves are the earl grey, red berry and rhubarb & ginger 👌

Went through a totally frustrating process trying to order online. For whatever reason it couldn't be delivered to France but I had to go through the process many times including being transferred to PayPal and back before it was clear what the problem was. Eventually had to change delivery country.

I’ve made an order, still haven’t heard back from teapigs, I’ve sent 4 messages/emails and still no response!! Wondering what is taking so long !?

just tried the everyday brew, OMG at last a tea that gives that mmmm moment, and its time after time, for some months now i thought my taste buds had died, I could not find a tea that i actually enjoyed or tasted right, i am not a tea connoisseur, just wanted a everyday tea that i would enjoy. I have now gone from pg tips, typhoo, supermarket own brands, to this admittedly it is more expensive, but it tastes great and is ethical so worth every penny

Quick delivery and kept up to date as to where the parcel was. I also appreciated the free samples.

Amazing tea and always super fast delivery. Cant recommend enough. Just wish that the shops stocked more flavours as we always run out before I remember to put in another order!

I really recommend tea pigs!. I ordered the chai, everyday, jasmine pearls and lemon and ginger tea. They have all been excellent and have great flavours and are really well balanced.

Got lots of mini tasters of tea as a gift for my tea loving friend (I personally only enjoy English breakfast) and the delivery came fast. Furthermore, everything was beautifully packed, it even came with a free tea bag and spoon! You really can not go wrong with this lovely brand

I loved Tea Pigs when it first came out. I just bought probably my 6th box of chili chai tea after not being able to find it on the shelves for awhile. The formula has changed, there is less spice in the new bags, less cardamom. I loved it because it was spicy, now it's like every other chai tea, promises of deliciousness, but bland. Bring back the old spice formula. Update: Tea Pigs addressed my concern quickly. This is a great company and great tea. Thanks

I've never had a better tea..the Chai Tea for me is Liquid Heaven .It is my daily treat of something special . A burst of 3D HD Full Colour Taste explosion in what can be a Monochrome 2D world.

Bought the pick and mix box after having Teapig tea at a cafe recently. Excellent high quality and loved the miniature selection as can try and test which are the best for us. Only criticism would be that one of the boxes was short dated, end of the month, obviously the tea still tastes fine however would it taste better with a longer shelf life?! Would strongly recommend regardless and will be buying again! 5*
