Lost a sale because the process took almost a year mostly due lack of communication from the solicitor. Over those months we never spoke on the phone and he only replied emails after weeks of constant chasing of our part. We decided to change to another company and he writes the new solicitor (without reaching out to us first) saying we own him money and he won't release our documents until getting paid. Just stay away from this company, they don't do what they promise (in contract they say they return any query in 24h and it never happened) but to get money from you they will act pretty fast.

Very helpful advice from Simon who was really professional and empathetic. Would without hesitation recommend this firm and in my experience especially Simon if you need advice and assistance with wills etc.

Clare Blandford has done several transactions for us and exceeded expectations for us. She is so methodical and hardworking, even dealing with the job outside of office hours. Our last transaction was requested by our sellers to complete 7 days earlier than had been planned and Clare still pulled it out of the bag. Highly recommended

Samantha Nattress handled the sale of our house. It is daunting to sell your house but from the start to the completion (yesterday) she has been there at the end of the phone, I didn't feel safe even asking the most silly questions. It turned out to be a complicated sale with indemnity insurance policies required for a couple of items but she was there for me explaining everything. The fee quoted for their work at the beginning was the fee we paid. Can't recommend her enough. Thank you.
