My experience with Taylor Rose wasn’t great. They were barely reachable by phone, which made the process frustrating. Sometimes a quick phone call can resolve things far more efficiently than waiting for email responses. I expected better accessibility and communication, especially for time-sensitive matters.

We recently purchased our first flat through Taylor Rose. Chantal and Misha provided incredible service throughout the entire process. They were excellent at communicating - usually responding to emails within a few minutes or hours. Very professional, knowledgeable, and lovely to work with. As first time buyers, they made a usually very stressful time very manageable, answering questions clearly and keeping us updated every step of the way. We would highly recommend working with Chantal and Misha at Taylor Rose.

Andrew did the conveyancing for 2 houses for us. They were probate houses and Andrew was sensitive throughout. He had to liaise with Solicitors and Executors who were not always helpful, but he kept us informed and updated. We would recommend him wholeheartedly.
