I instructed Taylor Rose to help with the sale of our home. We were assigned Viktoria Kovas, and still remain in disbelief how efficient, quick and responsive Viktoria was. Every question/email answered promptly, diligent work on the sale and followed up with a slow responding developer to get the info needed. Would be delighted to work with Taylor Rose again, in particular with Viktoria. Thank you very much!

I cannot recommend Cassey-Ann and Bethany at Taylor Rose highly enough. Top class expertise, up to date modern systems, and always responsive. 5*stars easily.

Their property conveyancing team are clearly overworked and understaffed. We chose Taylor Rose off the back of our broker's recommendation and wished we never had - it's an ongoing nightmare. Having agreed offers on our own and onward properties at the beginning of September 2024, we are now 7-months and counting in to our experience with Taylor Rose's property soliciting team, and are incredibly dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Despite frequent emails, calls and subsequent voicemails, getting an update is nigh-on impossible. Point in case, despite daily messages and attempted calls, we have now gone 2-weeks without an update from our solicitor. There is an apparent lack of motivation for their team to go beyond what might be expected in order to get things moving, and things only seem to progress on a reactive basis, as opposed to a proactive one, causing anxiety and uncertainty within our chain who are fast losing patience. Giving 2-stars as on the rare occasions we do get to speak with our solicitor they're informative and helpful, but such is the infrequency of contact, I can't rate this experience any higher. UPDATE (March 28) - Have raised a formal complaint with the Client Care team as instructed. Now awaiting a proper response. UPDATE 2 (April 15) - We now receive scheduled weekly calls, but progress continues to be slow and there's little in the way of urgency shown by our solicitor. Increasingly concerned that our entire purchase is going to fall through as a result. Reducing my 2-star rating as communication still isn't forthcoming outside of these scheduled weekly calls.

Very good communication and professional service. We sold our house in record time ! The friendliness of Cassey-ann and Bethany made them great to do business with.

We have just completed our move and are very happy with the service provided by Harley Jaggard. We were initially appointed a different conveyancer at the start, who was impossible to get hold of and would not respond to anything we sent her. After complaining, we were appointed a new conveyancer who was a very pleasant gentlemen, but had very little interest in getting things moving. We had used Harley on a previous purchase, so we requested she take our case. Ever since then it was smooth sailing. We had very tight time constraints due to the stamp duty increase. Harley went above and beyond to make sure we completed in time. She was always very responsive, helpful and proactive. She is fantastic at her job, and we can't recommend her highly enough.

I used these by recommendation by my estate agent. Very good service.

Having Amanda as our solicitor through a challenging 15 month process, I have to say, we literally couldn't have done it without her and I don't think we would have been able to move forward without her acting on our behalf. She is professional, she's always been contactable, she worked incredibly hard to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible and above all else she always acted in our very best interests.The support we received from Amanda was imperative to our journey, I'm so glad we chose her as our solicitor and I'll always be grateful to her for her knowledge and support. I got in touch with Taylor Rose on the recommendation of a colleague at work. I was a FTB and Samah Akhtar was my conveyancer. I was very impressed with Samah's thoroughness and professionalism. She responded to even my smallest query. Definitely recommend Taylor Rose and especially, Samah Akhtar's services.

Used Taylor Rose on recommendation of the mortgage broker. The only positive was we completed on time (were chain free so not exactly a huge achievement); this took constant follow-ups with the solicitor who, when she did actually reply, spoke to us like she was doing us a favour by responding or doing her job. We are now 5 months post completion and im yet to receive any documentation and she is now entirely unresponsive. Im told there is noone else we can contact. Hugely regret using them.

Harley Sommer is the Best Harley helped us sell our house and buy a new one. We first called for some info and a quote and Harley took the time to thoroughly explain everything and was so friendly from the get go. We knew instantly that we wanted to use Harley’s services. Throughout the process Harley has kept us up to date at every stage, always gave brilliant advice and put our best interests first. We encountered what felt like constant issues over the past 6 months to do with our purchase and in the last week of the whole process we had issues with our buyer but Harley fought day and night to get every single one resolved. Against all odds Harley managed to get our purchase complete before the stamp duty increase which we thought would be impossible. Honestly don’t know what we would have done without Harley.
