Everything was done efficiently, I am not good at all with doing things on line, nothing was too much trouble for them, they helped me with everything, Ezgi was my go to person and I can’t thank her enough. We used Taylor Rose for sale of our house and purchase of a new house. We did have cheaper quotes elsewhere but decided to proceed with Taylor Rose as they were highly recommended, it was the best decision we made during the whole sale/purchase. They were always available, so helpful, provided such good information, and the sale and purchase were very quick indeed. Would 100% recommend. We dealt with Maria and Hunzah who were both absolutely terrific, such a nice firm.

I contacted my lawyer (name removed based on the request from "they") on March 25th regarding my purchase of a property and have not received any response since then. So I forwarded the message to Taylor Rose Client Care this morning (Client.Care at taylor-rose.co.uk), hope they could help me get the answer to my question, still no response. I am fed up with my lawyer and now I have lost confidence in Taylor Rose's client care team, they do not care about their clients at all. But there is still some work to be done by Taylor Rose for my purchase of the property, how can they just be silent to their customer.

Dealing with Ashleigh Ellis of Taylor Rose was a pleasure, Ashley has been so very helpful and going above and beyond expectation, Ashley was instrumental in ensuring the sale of my old property went as smoothly as possible contacting the other conveyancer for updates, even though this was not part of her remit.
