Apart from being totally professional as soon as we met her we knew she was someone we could trust. I would highly recommend her as she was always available with all our concerns and good advice.

Excellent service from Chloe in the Warrington office when making our new wills. First meeting was on "Teams" and was very easy. Chloe gave us lots of information inheritance tax and the whole thing completed very quickly.

I recently purchased a flat with the legal support of Taylor Rose, and overall, I had a positive experience. The team was professional, approachable, and consistently helpful throughout the process. I’d especially like to thank Divya and Charles for their co-operation and clear communication, which made a real difference in managing the various stages of the transaction. A special mention also goes to Sherine Silva, my solicitor, whose expertise and attention to detail helped ensure that everything was handled correctly and efficiently. While I am happy with the outcome, I do wish the process had moved a bit more quickly. That said, I appreciate the team's efforts and would consider using Taylor Rose again for future property matters.

Sophie Durkin made the whole process so easy.. She constantly went the extra mile for me and helped with all areas.. I couldn't recommend Taylor Rose enough and if you got Sophie as your Solicitor it would make the whole process less stressful.

I engaged Taylor Rose in February to represent me in a house purchase (I also recommend them to the seller, who was subsequently onboarded, too). It has now been over 3 months without demonstrable progress. Further to that, it is impossible to get a response from either of the solicitors or the administrator, despite 10 or more emails and numerous calls. This is not just unprofessional, it is personally insulting. I have now changed solicitors and have been informed by an external party that the solicitor representing the seller has left the company. It’s outrageous that this information was not shared by Taylor Rose and that a handover of the case was not carried out. I will not be using Taylor Rose again and my advice would be to strongly avoid them.

I’ve recently completed on a sale and purchase and could not recommend Taylor Rose enough. Both Laura Osbourn and Seda Yalcinkaya made the whole process smooth and easy (even when things got a bit tense at the end!) and communicated with us throughout the process. Thank you once again!

Danielle McMahon of Taylor Rose has dealt with my mother's estate following her death in May 2024. The service we have received has been excellent throughout. Danielle answered any questions we had promptly and she made the whole process very straightforward and easy. I have no hesitation in recommending Taylor Rose, and Danielle in particular.

Been having issues ever since I used them to purchase a property back in 2021. I attempted to sell this property in 2023 only to learn that the property had never been registered with land registry. They blamed this on delays due to COVID but it turns out there was a bigger issue that they had not chased up and was not noticed until I had a buyer. Fast forward almost 2 years and the issue has still not been resolved. Their communication is awful, when you call them and request a call back you get absolutely nothing. During this time I was assured, after well over 1 year and having lost my original buyer that this had been resolved only to once again encounter issue with the same problem as before. I have formally complained and received no apology or acknowledgement of any wrong doing. They have cost me well over £13000 in unnecessary costs due to these delays. I can not stress how awful the service I have received has been. This lead to me having mental health issues due to the stress they have played a part in causing.

Faye Colton is an absolute gem. We’ve worked with her on countless sales and purchases through Jigsaw, and she’s consistently brilliant. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but she’s also one of the loveliest people to deal with — calm, kind, and always on the ball. Conveyancing can be stressful, but Faye has a way of making everything feel straightforward and manageable. She keeps everyone in the loop, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for our clients. She’s someone we trust completely and are always confident recommending. We feel so lucky to work with her — she’s a real asset to the whole process.

I sold my house on the 28th March 2025. Umar Bhatti of Taylor Rose made the whole process go smoothly. Nothing was too difficult for him. I will also like to thank Jacob Robinson from the probate department. Both of these gentlemen were very professional and helpful

Several sales falling through made this a long, stressful and drawn out house moving process. Throughout this Mark Dalziel at Taylor Rose was calm, efficient, professional and thorough. The costs were set out clearly from the start and I was kept up to date as we went along. In the final stages of exchange and completion there were delays further down the chain below me, which Mark handled with impressive professionalism, despite it being a frustrating experience for us all. Some Solicitors are reluctant to talk to estate agents but this is not the case with Mark, he kept everyone up to date with information throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark if you need a top notch conveyancing solicitor.

Don't believe the staff 5* reviews... After being recommended by Bellway Taylor Rose, I wish I had not bothered. Unless you enjoy receiving an invoice that hides a lot of fees, and is DOUBLE what they estimate - then run. You have to chase up everything, communication is not great, even when you receive a breakdown invoice it is not accurate. If you look on glassdoor, their emplyees say they are encouraged to inflate client bills. YES THEY DO!

Complete incompetence. Costs varied wildly from advertised at Bellway, estimate received, then final invoice. Fees were hidden and creatively added to o it account £400 in bank transfer fees they bury in the small print, fees to use their “portal” we never used, fees for “advice” never received Then they omitted £2000 fee to our lender from our final statement we paid them and claim they “only found out about it” the day after we completed… our lender evidenced they knew about it 2 weeks prior. Courtney Fife and the Peterborough branch are not clear with communication, honest or transparent with fees, and I would not use them again. Do not waste your time (or money)

Good and constant attention. Replied quickly to requests. There were several people working on my sale and conveyance would have been nice to be informed when a new person worked on the case. Slow to send through the final summary of accounts. But apart from that all in all a very quick efficient service.

Viktoria Kovas was my point of contact, and she was amazing. Always prompt to respond to any question I had and I felt supported throughout the whole buying and selling process.

Once again amazing service from Kara Bennesch looking after the sale of house. Super efficient and would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Sarah Pembleton, quick to answer emails and answer questions. on line portal easy to use.

We were really grateful for the help of Zoe Haynes late in our house move process. We were reaching a point of maybe losing our sale and purchase and she organised a deed of variation quickly and really understood the sense of urgency. Her communication was always warm and human even when about technical things. She managed all parties involved in our transaction politely and skilfully.
