Several sales falling through made this a long, stressful and drawn out house moving process. Throughout this Mark Dalziel at Taylor Rose was calm, efficient, professional and thorough. The costs were set out clearly from the start and I was kept up to date as we went along. In the final stages of exchange and completion there were delays further down the chain below me, which Mark handled with impressive professionalism, despite it being a frustrating experience for us all. Some Solicitors are reluctant to talk to estate agents but this is not the case with Mark, he kept everyone up to date with information throughout the process.
