The process of either buying or selling a house is so much more of a challenge without a good solicitor and we’ve worked with a number over the years, mostly mediocre and one so awful they cost us a sale, so it was an absolute pleasure and a breath of fresh air to work with Kasim Ahmed of Taylor Rose. A past frustration has been getting hold of our solicitor at points where swift action is required, however despite his workload Kasim was always available, the outcome of our sale seemingly as important to him as it was to us…never before had we had such personal service from a solicitor who would go above and beyond to achieve the desired result. Kasim also proved to be incredibly knowledgeable in regards to the finer points of conveyancing law, politely but firmly putting the buyers solicitor right at various points and so we felt entirely in safe hands despite the challenging technicalities we encountered throughout, his professional assuredness a comfort to us in what can be a bewildering and stressful process for the layperson. I’ve now used Taylor Rose for two house sales/purchases, and the reason I came back to them for the second time was because of the quality provided by Shana Appa and Bonita Nijran. After having an extremely unsatisfying experience with a conveyance company, the transition to using Taylor Rose and the two solicitors mentioned was night and day. Whilst the house sale process in the UK is extremely drawn out and overly complex, Shana and Bonita helped make the process far simpler, providing clarity when needed and only reaching out to explain critical parts of the sale, or to help with relevant documents. Unlike the previous company I used, where the onus on receiving follow ups was led by me chasing, both Shana and Bonita were good communicators- and provided regular updates. I strongly recommend their services, I believe transparency, simplicity and honesty are very important in these transactions, but have found it hard to rely on services I’ve used in the past. However, this is not true of Taylor Rose, Bonita and Shana- who applied themselves brilliantly to get my house sale completed. Strongly recommend their services.
