Very Couteous and Helpful People
I went to Target in San Ramon, CA very early (before Football starts 😅 I had interaction with 3 employees that were so courteous and helpful. I can say I've always liked this Target- but this was the first time I had that much interaction

No refund without notice
I ordered something and wanted to return it and was having trouble with the app so I called. Customer service told me what to do and I sent the item back. I then received an email saying the item was not refundable and I would not receive my money back and could no longer receive the product either!! Customer service person should have noticed that it was an unreturnable item and NOT given me instructions to waste my time, money, and donate money to target.com. They never responded to my multiple requests for the item to be returned to me.

Wow. I normally won't do business with target because they are terrible but I was desperate for something to sleep on and they had a $50 futon mattress. Big mistake. Nothing but problems from the moment I placed the order. Still waiting on the futon. About to reverse the charges.
Great store with everything you need. Target is always clean, well-organized, and easy to shop in. They have a great selection of groceries, household items, clothing, and essentials at fair prices. Staff is friendly and checkout is fast. One of my favorite places to shop.
