Terrible

Wow. I normally won't do business with target because they are terrible but I was desperate for something to sleepnon and they had a $50 futon mattress. Big mistake. Nothing but problems from the moment I placed the order. Still waiting on the futon. About to reverse the charges.

Rotten to the core - Target Olathe

The world we now live in can be summed up in my experience today at the Target in Olathe, KS. Interactions with 2 separate employees, one of whom was a manager showed no compassion for my issue and neither cared to spend more than 30 seconds to discuss it with me - complete disregard for giving any time to a customer who shops with them on a weekly basis. Citing company policy and being done with the conflict is NOT the way to treat an upset customer….nor are empty apologies that do nothing to compensate me or resolve my concern. They are too big to actually care about their customers and this particular store is in sad shape when a manager can’t be bothered to do what is necessary to resolve conflict….absolutely pathetic!

They gave us samples of crap just like what u can get at a doctor's office or tiny little 1 time only sample like the perfume u rub on your wrist from inside magazines..and a deck of uno cards...I was so pissed. They advertised some bullshit to get people to line up for hours, freeze their asses off then have the audacity to not do what they advertised & give us some crappy stuff that they probably dont even have at target?!

I applied to this store and…

I applied to this store and discriminated against me based on my age. They initially contacted me and had me do an online interview, but once I did it and they saw what I looked like, my age, Im 69 yrs old. They turned me down immediately, when the girl that called me, Milani was her name, was so eager about me applying before the interview. She practically was telling me they needed me. Age discrimination!!!!

my father was enrolled in a payment…

my father was enrolled in a payment plan that he did not understand what the representative was talking about for 12 months which means he cannot use the card while in the payment plan - who on earth would agree to such a thing. the account is current and has been for months, but they refuse to stop the payment plan so he can use the card, I even spoke to someone who said she was the supervisor and she still did nothing. this is unacceptable. the balance with late fees were paid back in August to bring the account current. Would a person of a different race been treated the same? no race card used just a simple question.

40 year old Santa?...WHAT!?

After watching the seasonal commercials of a very very young person creating "Targets" own "woke" image of Santa Claus as everyone knows him. It just goes to show how Target has MUCH different beliefs like HBTQ .... anything else you would to incorporate into traditional ways and values?!

I tried to use a $10 off $60 online…

I tried to use a $10 off $60 online order I read the exceptions online made sure I didn't have any of the exceptions in my cart had over $70 in my cart and the $10 off didn't show up I chatted with a representative and she suggested I keep putting things in my cart because there were probably exceptions that was not listed. I deleted the order thanks Target huge disappointment!

No reason to shop there

They had none of a nationally advertised product. Talked to a mgr and he blamed.on distribution They do NOT give rain checks. Nobody cared and it was front page of their flyer. Sooooo bad.

LONG READ!! Target should be ashamed ! I will never be a customer anymore!!!

LONG READ!!! But hopefully they can see/hear me on this platform so....NEVER thought i'd be saying this about Target but here we are! Firstly, Target has forever lost me as a customer! I was paying for the same day delivery service(T360).. ordered items on one day, even though stating in stock(the shopper didnt get them and cancelled them) target refused to refund the TARGET GIFT CARD, and told me to contact the issuer of the original form of payment, im sorry I MUST HAVE been confused because i'm sure target was the issuer(my mistake 🙄) never knew a bank institution gave refunds on a target gift card! Anyway, after that turned right around and reordered the same exact items the next day-for SAME DAY DELIVERY-didn't even get them, and i needed them in time for a bday party the next morning, after calling them that night and morning the folks told me sometimes it could take 2-3 days to get something DELIVERED(not shipped)... so i got in my car and drove against drs orders cuz i had just had surgery to see if i could shop my own order, even tried to join shipt-they need shoppers, yet there is a waiting list) no avail, so they hurried and found a shopper , who they couldn't even get in touch with swiftly, and who went all over just to get me my order after being told to return it so i WOULDN'T be able to get my money back... after 26 DIFFERENT agents, and supervisors, being hung up on, disrespected, ignored and lied to, they STILL REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT! Promised me a gift card(have proof of EVERYTHING to cover my behind for that exact reason) they simply refused to do it, and after i kept telling the chat i wanted to report the terrrrrible service i received, all of a sudden, they couldn't transfer me because they didn't understand my concern, but i was already transferred before, and once before, with the initial gift card, the first person i talked to was literally able to give me a gift card in place of an item, INSTANTLY, no questions asked, even though i was equipped with proof if she needed it! But not these people over the duration of THREE DAYS(and i'm still dealing with them)!! I am done and i am tired! They will never get a penny out of me again! They should be ashamed of themselves! Terrible terrible practices and customer service agents! I pray you never have to come into contact with them!! Beware!!!

They deduct your earned promos from the…

They deduct your earned promos from the next order and will not price match because you got the lower price and, hey, a promo is a promo. The system prevents the rep from offering anything useful. In addition, after insisting she explain the numbers she saw that were not matching what’s in the app, they added a service fee to take back free shipping by reducing my cc 5%? discount. Had I not noticed the lower price, they would never have posted an actual charge and allowed me to order from someone else. Why did I go back? Worst place to shop and expect polite, helpful customer service.

Target will not refund our $515 purchase we never received

My husband and I ordered a Nintendo Switch for our son for Christmas. The total was $514.00. It was supposed to be delivered on October 31st. Instead, we received someone else's package. It has a totally different name and address on it and weighs less than half a pound. I called Target to get a refund or get a new switch mailed to us and they told us there was nothing they could do because it says "delivered." So now, we're just supposed to be "out" over $500. We are extremely upset about this. We have been Target customers for over 30 years, have a Target credit card that we use all the time and have never had any issues. We are absolutely floored that after talking with multiple "supervisors" that we cannot get any help or a refund. We still have the other package, as well as a driveway video of the delivery driver dropping off one package that day, and it's not our package! Never going to Target again. Very, very disappointed that they would not help us, when this is clearly not our fault and we have overwhelming evidence!

I was in the Amsterdam store around 11:30 today Nov. 25 looking to buy a black suite coat and shirt. I found them and a kind young lady who was just shopping helped me. But that is not why I am writing this review. I lost my cell phone in the Men's dept. I went to the service desk and the young lady there called someone in Men's to assist me to find it or see if it was turned in. They were so great and one of the ladies actually found my Phone. They went above and beyond to help me. Outstanding people there.

I ordered a number of curtains for my guest bedroom on line and returned all but one pair i kept. Target provided the method of return. However, one pair was not scanned in and therefore , not received. I explained my dilemma and was out over $92. I wrote to the CEO and COO and never heard back. I decided to email both of them and attach my letter, I then just received an email stating they received my letter but the response was from the same woman Linda who was unhelpful about this situation. I responded now stating i will never shop in Target again and i will not.

The “new” Target on 125th is so small, compared to the Bronx Target in the mall. The pharmacy is there and serves no purpose, they don’t take health 1st insurance, and it been open for 6month. A waste of space, totally useless

We need more organic produce

We need more organic produce, vegetable choices, vegan options and choices. Meat and dairy are on the decline and need to be. We live in a town that shouldn’t be so backwards in their thinking and the options at the grocery stores prove that. Pensacola target has organic romaine lettuce!! We don’t in MARY ESTHER FL. Come on people!

I was sent a email saying get target circle360 for 24$ when you turn on auto renewal hit the button it took me to sign up for renewal it tells you any promos will be put on after you summited your payment I did that I got thank you no receipt tried every target web site could not get what I was billed just got a email saying my payment was returned not to worry they would try again I canceled before they could try again I called customer service the person said send a pic of my email but she wanted it sent to her phone I was not sure how to do that instead of helping she hung up I never used it that much so it was not worth it

Whatever you do NEVER trust this…

Whatever you do NEVER trust this disgraceful store. They are nothing but money hungry. They have people standing in line for Black Friday for a bag that they were never going to get. Doors open at 6 am, and they out here giving people gift bags at 3 am. The whole thing was a ploy to get people to waste their time to stand in a line in hopes of getting a bag that was already gone missing out on other deals. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. I turned around and left because I refuse to give con artists my money. I am honestly not even sure if I want to give this corporation any of my finances going forward after this, and if so it damn sure won’t be this ghetto ass store with rude management and employees. Call me a Karen if you would like I don’t care. SMH and I thought this was a good company. Back to Walmart for this girl. Target is shameful. SMH false hopes from a greedy company once more damn shame.
