Sehr schlecht
Obwohl ich mein Talkpalkonto gelöscht habe, haben sie trotzdem den Betrag für das Premium-Abo abgebucht. Jetzt habe ich für das Premium-Abo bezahlt, das ich nicht nutzen kann. Ich war nur auf der Website registriert und hatte keine App. Auf der Website steht, dass das Löschen des Kontos automatisch das Abo beendet. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich eine Antwort vom Kundenservice bekommen werde. Allerdings werde ich meine Debitkarte blockieren.

It's a great app. It needs some adjustments: 1: dark mode; 2: A change in how the call mode corrects punctuation, I'm just talking there, not writing; 3: Talkpal needs more content, like phrasal verbs and different teachers with different personalities besides Emma.
