Obwohl ich mein Talkpalkonto gelöscht habe, haben sie trotzdem den Betrag für das Premium-Abo abgebucht. Jetzt habe ich für das Premium-Abo bezahlt, das ich nicht nutzen kann. Ich war nur auf der Website registriert und hatte keine App. Auf der Website steht, dass das Löschen des Kontos automatisch das Abo beendet. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich eine Antwort vom Kundenservice bekommen werde. Allerdings werde ich meine Debitkarte blockieren.

I find that some of the feedback I…
I find that some of the feedback I receive doesn’t always make sense. For example, tonight I got a comment like this: “We don't use a comma when we speak!” followed by: “The comma after ‘aujourd'hui’ is unnecessary here because ‘s'il vous plaît’ is directly linked to the preference statement and does not form a separate clause. Removing the comma improves the flow and grammatical correctness.” I find this confusing! Also, sometimes it corrects me on using de vs des, and honestly, I have no idea how to pronounce or distinguish between those!

Mon expérience avec vous est satisfaisante car pour la première fois en matière d’apprentissage en français j’ai senti une petite amélioration. Je pense que si je continue avec cette application je pourrais m’exprimer facilement en français. Le seul problème que j’ai rencontré avec Talkpal est que je ne sais pas ce que je dois faire pour payer car je n’ai pas de carte visa ni de compte bancaire, le seul moyen de paiement que je puisse faire est WAVE ou OM(orange Money) Je vis au Sénégal.
