Sehr schlecht
Obwohl ich mein Talkpalkonto gelöscht habe, haben sie trotzdem den Betrag für das Premium-Abo abgebucht. Jetzt habe ich für das Premium-Abo bezahlt, das ich nicht nutzen kann. Ich war nur auf der Website registriert und hatte keine App. Auf der Website steht, dass das Löschen des Kontos automatisch das Abo beendet. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich eine Antwort vom Kundenservice bekommen werde. Allerdings werde ich meine Debitkarte blockieren.

Another level of learning!
I am able to talk about any theme and ask my teacher about anything anytime. Like talking to Google. It adjusts to my progress and my personal needs without me being held back by a group of learners or even the teacher. I learn multiple things as I go on in my prefered language. Not just about the language itself. It catches almost exactly what I say (90% of the time). I only use the chat so far but it is amazing to be able to use the C1/C2 level and acquire confidence in speaking fluently.

What I do know
Due to the financial restriction placed on the app I wasn't able to use the majorrity of the tools on this app. Despite that, I want to highlight that the chat and sentence structuring tools are great. I believe it is important that mistakes are highlighted and though the chat and sentence structuring tool this app does just that. When using the chatbot, it easily picked up on what I was conveying despite my grammatical mistakes. In addition, the option to change the conversation topic ensures that the process is more effective. Through the use of the sentence structure, you are assessed on structure skills as well as pronunciation. This double insurance helps enable learners to be comfortable in real-life situations. However, I wish that there were more tools accessible without the trial.
