Obwohl ich mein Talkpalkonto gelöscht habe, haben sie trotzdem den Betrag für das Premium-Abo abgebucht. Jetzt habe ich für das Premium-Abo bezahlt, das ich nicht nutzen kann. Ich war nur auf der Website registriert und hatte keine App. Auf der Website steht, dass das Löschen des Kontos automatisch das Abo beendet. Dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich eine Antwort vom Kundenservice bekommen werde. Allerdings werde ich meine Debitkarte blockieren.

I find it very useful, as my main need in Arabic is to practice speaking. But let me suggest an improvement. In the Chat and Debate modes, I would like to be able to give my answer split into several sentences, instead of only one, as this makes it easier for me to think what I have to say

Amazing Support and immediate action taken
I didn't use this software because of other priorities that came up. I forgot about the trial-period too. What I am rating here is the support experience I had AFTER I FORGOT this trial, and got charged. I checked my emails, saw they charged me (legally) and immediately requested a refund. And almost IMMEDIATELY their support person acted and issued a refund, with no questions asked. This is how it should be people. I'll definitely come back again and initiate another round as soon as I start this project. Love you guys for your support

product is incomplete
the talking part sometimes does not work.. need to close and open the app again. the words appear slow. there is a static noise from nowhere in the middle of conversation. after finish the dialogue there is no button to return to dashboard , has to leave and open again. the sentence mode has very few topics. the product is disappointing. i just paid to be your guinea pig for your unfinished product.
