Everything was perfect

I used Tablet to book my trips more than 10 years ago, and then completely forgot about that option beacause of more and more competitive sites like Booking.com. Before my trip to Italy this year I decided to check Tablet again for my stays in biger cities (Bologna, Venice) and was not disappointed. Although the hotels I booked were in a league of their own (new, stylish, carefully picked - obviously), the prices I got were very reasonable for that level of service. During my 14-day stay in Italy those 2 hotels (I Portici - Bologna and Carnival Palace - Venice) were by far the best hotels we stayed in, with the best and the most welcoming staff. When I experienced a problem with my app I had to contact the Tablet customer service and got my reply and the solution to my problem in a matter of minutes, not hours. That kind of customer service can rarely be found nowadays. I will surely return to book my future trips with Tablet. Yeah, and the reason why I didn't book other places in Italy on Tablet is because the towns we stayed in were simply not big enough to have that kind of offer. Maybe in the future there'll be a way to include other kinds of smaller towns and properties in the Tablet family.

I have used Tablet for over 5 years to book many hotels around the world, especially in the US and Europe. Tablet does an excellent job of selecting and curating the kinds of stylish and hip hotels I like to stay at.

I love using Tablet Hotels. Tablet is always my go-to source for chic design hotels with great service and an overall 'above the norm' experience. The vetting is great and cuts out a lot of the hotels that aren't the right vibe or fit for me. Also, Tablet Plus with upgrades and amenity vouchers are wonderful. If you're looking for a step above in your travel experience I highly recommend Tablet.

Tablet is my go-to when looking for hotels that I’ll remember on trips that are important— and let’s face it, what trip isn’t precious these days. Their carefully curated hotel options - some with added “Plus” benefits - make searching for that unique spot all that easier. I chose the Andaz on Maui and didn’t regret it.

If you ever want to book a hotel that has the highest standard but is not your ordinary classic hotel, there is only 1 stop: tablet hotels. They have never disappointed me and when a minor problem arises, the customer service is stellar and fast.

Alrighty so I have never EVER booked a luxury or even higher end moment for myself. During covid, I put some coin away to take an actual vacation and experience some luxury, as a treat. Here I sit, the night before my booking, BLOWN AWAY. First of all, the website, usability and curation is IMPECCABLE. But the real magic lies in the moments when you need help. After painstakingly (think 70 tabs deep) selecting my hotel, I open Tablet and see NOTHING available. My heart plummets. I immediately open the chat box, which has already got a message up explaining the site issues. Now the good part. TIFFANY ENTERS THE CHAT. Literally the kindest, most lovely human. She CALLS the hotel to check in about rates, and even asks what particular things I'm looking for. Walks me through what's available, makes reccommendations and books my stay right on the spot. I haven't checked out my accommodation, I leave tomorrow, but based on this experience, I expect nothing short of magic.

I have been a Tablet member for almost 10 years. The booking experience is excellent, easy to navigate and use. The customer service from Tablet is top notch, they have always been extremely helpful in assisting me when I have had to change or cancel reservations.

I have been a member of Tablet for many years now. I always loved their selection and inventory of amazing boutique hotels. I never really used their concierge service until recently when I needed to travel with my family (5) to NYC and needed to book two connecting rooms. For those of you who have large families, you know the painful process you have to go through... They made it SO easy to book these rooms, sending me a bunch of wonderful selections with prices, calling the hotels for me, taking care of absolutely everything!! They just gained a customer for life!!!

Fantastic service

Could not recommend Tablet Hotels enough. They are the perfect guide to great hotels, pretty much anywhere. I've been using Tablet since 2005 and they have made sure that I've found the best options anywhere from Milan to Bodrum! In addition to their great selections of hotels, one probably would not have heard otherwise, their customer service is simply unparalleled. It always gives me an added level of comfort to know that if anything were to go wrong I can contact Tablet Hotels and they'd do everything they can to help. They are a must for any traveler.

The real deal with flawless service. The person I spoke most to was so kind, genuine, and funny it almost felt like chatting to a friend - at the same time incredibly professional and went out of her way to resolve issues that kept popping up (on part of the hotel, not Tablet). Arrival, check-in, and check-out were super smooth with the Tablet Plus perks already integrated. Very happy to have finally taken the recommendation to try out Tablet, and no doubt will use again.

I used TabletHotels for many years to find "just the right" hotel. Their curated collection has never let me down. I rarely need to interact with a live person since their site is so easy to use. However, I recently needed assistance with a reservation that could not be handled online. I spoke with Yana at TabletHotels and she quickly and pleasantly handled everything. That certainly affirmed why I like to use this site.

I cannot imagine booking a trip without Tablet involvement - they make sure every detail is perfect and nothing is overlooked. They are always available and committed to provide the best possible service each time.

Like many who have reviewed, I have been a TabletPlus member for a long time - and that investment always pays off manifold. Great service is always the rule with Tablet - I’ve never had a single bad experience with their team, with booking, with canceling, with rescheduling. And their hotel partners are also almost always the best in terms of service, provision of special benefits, etc.

The test of merit and substance doesn’t come when everything goes right, it comes when everything goes wrong. Like Rachel Maddow says “don’t watch what they say, watch what they DO.” I booked a night on Tablet for Savannah, GA (Tablet Plus member for several years AND I am/was in the travel industry - which has been decimated by Covid, especially NYC,) which was pay first with a partial refund if you have to cancel. Rule of thumb - when you book rooms, just expect to be held to the policies stated. Everyone has a story, everyone expects to be the exception, you won’t be. (Or they would all be out of business.) Inconveniently, 3 days later my husband’s godmother passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer’s/Dementia/then Covid complications. We were driving cross country on a move NYC to LA and had to change to a drive through St Louis so he could see her family. I emailed Tablet and explained hoping to have possibly a reduced penalty but fully expecting to either be held to policy or maybe given some future credit. All I can say is that you would have thought THEIR godmother had died. Lucas who replied in less than 8 hours was kind, empathetic, had zero inclusion of language around policy or rules, simply acted like I was a friend and he was taking care of this issue so I could focus on the challenges I was having. It meant a lot. I mean, really a lot. I have had a lousy couple of months and one random act of kindness made a big difference. What Lucas doesn’t know (but I am sure his boss does,) is that I will now book Tablet Hotels for Austin, Phoenix, and San Diego for our trip to LA. That’s how that works. Provide personal service because it’s the right thing to do, and it inspires others to do the right thing. We need a few more Lucas’s in this world.
