The booking process was easy, great customer service and quick response on the phone and email. The van was really impressive, modern, and nice to drive, etc. I just thought the refund of the deposit was not great it took 6 days, which I feel is too long as it was not a BACS so would of meant it was sent at the end of day 5, 5 days after it was returned. They charged a transaction fee despite there being no damage to the vehicle, so the deposit should of just remained in pending in my account with no transaction fee for myself.
