Excellent pick-up and drop-off process
Smooth pick-up and drop-off process. Very efficient. The van was perfect for what we needed, relatively new and excellent value for money. The team was friendly too. My only other comment would be that the booking process isn't as good as the rest of the experience. Not being able to see van availability on the web-site is frustrating and would be a good improvement.
