I ordered a t-shirt on 19th June & it arrived on 5th July. Products are shipped from China, so expect to wait at least 2 weeks for delivery.
The t-shirt itself is average. The quality of the garment is ok at best. The designs are excellent and eye catching, but the print quality certainly wouldn’t be classed as premium, despite the price.
Save yourself some money and time. Order from ASOS or wherever. It’s exactly the same quality for half the money and a quarter of the wait time.
Was a bit concerned after I ordered when I saw it was shipping from China, as I have had issues with quality and size with stuff coming from China before, but I am more than happy with the t-shirts I got.
Only issue is delivery time as they ship from China, other than that I reccommend.
After contacting customer service by e-mail because the prints on my T-shirts had lost quite a bit of color after the first wash, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly customer service took care of my request.
They responded to my request in a very understanding and humane way, stating that my bad experience was not what they were aiming for with their customers.
I was expecting to be offered a discount on my next purchase, but no, they proceeded directly to shipping a new free order with brand new T-shirts without any further conditions.

Ordered 3 for 2 on t-shirts. Quality of material is excellent and is a true fit to size. The t-shirts were delivered ahead of expected date. Staff at Suzushi kept me updated along the way. Would definitely buy again.
I was getting worried because I thought my order was not coming through but the customer service team was responsive daily and constantly provided updates. I also immediately started wearing the clothing. Feels soft and fits perfectly.
I ordered 3 shirts and they did not disappoint. The quality of the material and print was superb. Although, One of the size they sent was wrong they responded 30 mins right after i emailed support. They shipped it asap. I had amazing experience. Will definitely buy more in the future.
