My order says it's on back order as well but the bottom of the invoice that was emailed to me says it's in stock. Each time I call customer service, someone hangs up the call. I need a full refund asap... I believe this is a SCAM as well!

We have seen multiple reviews we had ordered convection oven online says it's backordered with no details nobody to get ahold of nobody answers the phone all returns email I'm about $700 into this we believe this is a scam I've seen other reviews with the same issue thanks John

I place an order for a camera lens which was advertised as "In Stock". A few days later, I check the order status and it is shown as back order. No email communication to me from the store regarding the order status. I called multiple times and at different days and no body ever answer the phone and I have no way to cancel the order.

I have purchased a mobile phone and it was found to be a broken box...I want replacement

The batteries were as advertised: Genuine Canon product at a better price than most competitors including Canon themselves. The batteries arrived slightly earlier than expected with a reasonable amount of packaging to protect them. In previous cases with other vendors, I have received such small items in boxes many times bigger than the actual products and sometimes boxes within boxes like some weird Russian nesting doll. Thanks for a no-nonsense experience!

I am an up and coming photographer. I purchased my first REAL camera on eBay.
